Mentoring Announcements New Teacher Mentoring 2010-11TISD requries all new 1st and 2nd year teachers to work with a mentor. The TISD mentor program includes book studies, monthly meetings, and individualized mentoring on the campus. TISD uses TxBESS and the NET Works (New and Experienced Teachers) as part of the program.
